Company ("we", "us" or "our") refers to Buffed.

Service refers to the Buffed application and website, accessible from buffedapp.com.

Account means the account you create to access the Service.

Content means data such as workout programs, logs, feedback and shared cards that you create in the Service.

You means the individual, or the legal entity on whose behalf the individual is acting, accessing or using the Service.

Country: Denmark.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service, and make any purchases, with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

When you create an account you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account, and you must notify us of any unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service lets you create content such as workout programs, logs, feedback and shareable cards. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant us a licence to host, store and display it as needed to operate the Service.

You are responsible for the content you create and must not upload anything unlawful or that infringes others' rights. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at kontakt@buffedapp.dk with the details.

Any feedback or suggestions you send us remain your own; we are not obliged to use them, and if we do we will not owe you compensation.

Buffed's core features are free. Premium is available as a recurring subscription (billed monthly or yearly) or as a one-time (lifetime) purchase, at the prices shown on the pricing page.

Billing and renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Free trial

We may offer a free trial (for example 7 days). Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts into a paid subscription at the applicable price.

Price changes

We may change prices. Changes to a recurring subscription apply from the next renewal, and we will give reasonable notice.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Premium purchases. Contact us within 14 days of the purchase to request a refund.

As an EU consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital services that begin immediately at your request, you acknowledge that this right may lapse once the service has been fully performed. This does not affect the money-back guarantee above.

We may run promotions, contests or offers. Any such promotion may be governed by separate rules; if there is a conflict between the promotion rules and these Terms, the promotion rules apply.

Buffed provides training tools and information for general fitness purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance.

You train at your own risk. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise programme, especially if you have a health condition or injury. Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell. We are not responsible for any injury or harm resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, logo, visual design and trademarks are and remain the exclusive property of the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without our prior written permission.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices, and we advise you to read their terms and privacy policies.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid through the Service, or 100 USD if you have not purchased anything.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or meet your requirements. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern or dispute, please first contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

As an EU consumer, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms may be translated. In case of any conflict between the Danish and English versions, the English text prevails.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If a change is material we will make reasonable efforts to give at least 30 days' notice. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
